Millennium hotels is looking for a Corporate Assistant Director of Finance – Dubai, UAE.
A regional corporate finance role overseeing multi-property consolidation and reporting, ensuring financial consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting wider corporate finance objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage regional consolidation and financial reporting across all properties.
- Standardize financial policies, procedures, and templates across the portfolio.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with corporate controls and policies.
- Coordinate with property-level finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Review monthly P&L statements in detail and identify spending strategies and cost controls.
- Ensure all hotels follow USALI standards and a uniform chart of accounts.
- Perform balance sheet reviews and oversee regional cash management.
- Coordinate with Procurement to review processes and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 10–12 years of financial management experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of USALI standards and multi-property financial consolidation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
