Director of Finance

One&Only Reethi Rah is looking for a Director, Finance (Job ID: 19367) to lead the Finance and IT functions at its ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives (Kerzner International / One&Only).

This executive leadership role focuses on delivering strong GOP performance, high colleague and guest satisfaction, and robust governance. You’ll partner closely with the General Manager, Owners, and department heads, providing clear variance explanations and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and the resort management contract.

Role focus (high level):

• Lead Finance + IT operations, ensuring policies/procedures are in place and followed
• Budgeting, annual business planning, financial controls, and variance reporting
• Cash flow management and regular reporting to global support
• Compliance with corporate standards, contracts, and government regulations
• CAPEX evaluation, approvals, and oversight of resort asset condition programs
• Manage/monitor third-party contracts and support negotiations in the resort’s favor
• Drive cross-functional communication, monthly walkthroughs, and action plan follow-ups
• Build a strong team culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance follow-up
