Key Responsibilities
- Verify the General Cashier’s Daily Report and daily banking summaries against bank deposit slips to ensure all amounts banked are accurate.
- Review Raffles Checks to ensure they are properly accounted for, with guest names and purposes of entertainment clearly stated, and correctly excluded from Food & Beverage revenue.
- Verify Banquet Checks against approved Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure revenue is accurately recorded and internal transfers are processed correctly.
- Prepare and submit monthly revenue collection reports to the relevant tax authorities.
- Ensure the sale, accounting, and utilization of gift certificates and vouchers are accurately controlled and administered.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a similar Income Auditor role within a hotel environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural hospitality environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- A reliable team player with a strong sense of integrity.
