Cluster Director Finance

Rixos Radamis Complex is looking for a Cluster Director of Finance (Luxury & Lifestyle).

A senior finance leadership role to drive the complex’s financial strategy, operational performance, reporting excellence, internal controls, and team development – working closely with the Cluster Managing Director, Executive Team, Regional Office, and Owning Company.

What you’ll lead

• Strategy & performance: Set and execute cluster-wide financial strategy; drive revenue optimization, cost control, and profitability.
• Planning & reporting: Own budgets, forecasts, business plans, and monthly reporting; track KPIs, variance analysis, and corrective action plans; present results to ownership/corporate.
• Compliance & governance: Ensure full compliance with Egypt statutory/tax requirements; maintain strong internal controls; lead audits and close findings.
• Cash flow & treasury: Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking, AP/AR, payroll controls, and credit management; manage financial risk.
• Commercial support: Partner with operations on departmental performance; support pricing, contracts, procurement controls, and supplier management; review agreements to mitigate risk.
• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across the complex; performance management, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• CPA/ACCA/CMA (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years progressive hospitality finance leadership, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• All-inclusive resort experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian financial regulations, taxation, and labor laws.
• Systems experience (e.g., SunSystems, Opera, Micros, Excel or similar).
• Native Arabic with fluent English (required).
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
