The Role

As Manager – Accounts Receivable, you will oversee all receivables functions, ensuring accurate billing, effective collections, and compliance with financial controls. You will lead the AR team while maintaining strong financial discipline and supporting the resort’s operational success.

Core Responsibilities

Billing & Revenue Control

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across all revenue streams.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for billing processes.
• Collections & Receivables Management
• Monitor outstanding receivables and implement effective collection strategies.
• Maintain healthy cash flow through proactive follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accurate posting of payments.
• Prepare aging reports, receivable status updates, and collection performance analysis.
Compliance & Internal Controls
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and maintain compliance with financial standards.
Leadership & Team Development
• Supervise, train, and mentor Accounts Receivable staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
• Hospitality or luxury resort experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
