Cluster Director of Finance (2-Property Cluster)

Minor Hotels is looking for a Cluster Director of Finance to lead the finance function across two resorts in Seychelles — Avani+ Barbarons Seychelles and Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas — based in Victoria, Seychelles (Full-time) and reporting to the Cluster General Manager.

In this role, you’ll drive the cluster’s overall financial strategy and performance, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective controls while partnering closely with the Cluster GM, Executive Committee, Regional Office, and Ownership. You’ll oversee budgeting and forecasting, monthly reporting and KPI analysis, cash flow and treasury, audits and statutory compliance in Seychelles, and provide commercial support on pricing, procurement, contracts, and supplier management. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop the finance teams across both properties, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What they’re looking for: a finance/accounting degree plus a professional accounting qualification, typically 5+ years of progressive finance leadership (hospitality and multi-property experience preferred), strong hotel finance systems and reporting knowledge, deep understanding of internal controls, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Experience setting up or managing a cluster finance operation is an advantage. Systems exposure mentioned includes SUN, Opera, Check SCM, and Micros, along with strong English communication skills.

Performance focus: GOP/EBITDA delivery, budget and forecast accuracy, audit/compliance outcomes, cash flow management, cost optimization, and team engagement.
