Key Responsibilities
As Income Controller, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all hotel revenues, including:
• Verify and review daily revenue, night audit, and settlement reports.
• Ensure daily revenues balance and are properly posted to the GL
• Prepare Daily Flash Reports accurately and on time.
• Reconcile banquet revenues against approved BEOs
• Verify all interface postings and revenue centers
• Review F&B voids, discounts, negative postings, rate variances, and allowances
• Handle credit card reconciliations, discrepancies, chargebacks, and guest disputes
• Review No-Show charges, foreign currency rates, and housekeeping discrepancies
• Ensure complimentary & entertainment checks are properly documented.
• Verify gift certificate sales and redemptions.
• Assist the General Cashier with surprise float counts.
• Prepare reports and support management as required.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• 2–3 years hotel finance experience
• Minimum 1 year in a similar Income Audit / Revenue role
• Strong knowledge of OPERA, MICROS & cashiering systems
• Pre-opening experience is mandatory.
