Director of Finance

Raffe Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Director of Finance to join the team at Fiji Gateway Hotel (Fiji). This is a full-time senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, focused on strengthening financial performance while supporting a people-first hospitality culture.

In this position, you’ll lead the end-to-end finance function — including financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and financial systems governance. You’ll work closely with executive and operational leaders to provide clear commercial insights for decision-making (including Board-level reporting), maintain strong balance sheet control, and build policies and procedures that support risk management and audit readiness. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team as a trusted business partner across the operation.
