The Role

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of the resort. Your primary focus will be on formulating internal controls, preparing accurate financial statements, and streamlining accounting operations to ensure full compliance.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Oversee income statements and prepare comprehensive financial reports. Data Analysis: Analyze financial trends to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Audit & Control: Coordinate audit processes and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets. Operational Growth: Develop financial plans to support growth and streamline day-to-day transactions.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Ideally a Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA member. Experience: Relevant experience is preferred, but qualified freshers are encouraged to apply. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in financial software and accounting systems. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a positive “team-player” attitude.
