Cost Controller

Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman is looking for a Cost Controller (Full-time | Ajman, UAE).

A hands-on cost control role focused on strengthening expense discipline, inventory accuracy, and actionable reporting across departments – supporting management decisions and profitability.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain cost control systems to monitor expenses and identify savings opportunities.
  • Analyse financial data and prepare cost reports and insights for management.
  • Lead inventory counts and reconciliations to keep stock records accurate.
  • Track budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with department heads on departmental budgets and cost awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
  • Support preparation/review of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
  • Contribute to forecasting and long-term planning; run cost-benefit analysis for projects.
  • Train teams on cost control procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or relevant diploma with strong experience).
  • 1+ year experience in cost control/finance or similar.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills; experience with Opera or inventory/finance systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, strong communicator; able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
