Chief Accountant

DoubleTree by Hilton Jizan is looking for a Chief Accountant.

A key finance leadership support role focused on strong controls, compliance, month-end discipline, and business partnering – supporting the Finance Lead to maximize profit and develop a high-performing finance team.

What you’ll do

• Support the Assistant/Finance Lead across hotel finance operations, including:
• understanding financial performance and providing insights
• ensuring timely, accurate reporting and month-end close
• reviewing monthly financial statements in line with GAAP, USALI, and Hilton policies
• Ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations in full compliance with policy, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Partner with hotel leadership and stakeholders (Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Services where applicable).
• Step in to cover responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant Finance Manager/Director.
• Participate in Hilton finance training and development programs.

• Able to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision after initial training.

Preferred

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of tower operations (all aspects), where applicable.
